go down from mossdeep city until you get to route 2 hundred and something on your pokenav it says underwater cavern use dive if you see seaweed go down until you see a opening go in there is their sub marine surface and tada PS you can catch Pokemon in the seaweed

∙ 13y agoWell it is at lilycove city and you will see a team aqua grunt and 3 wailmers when you ask him he will say hey you wailmer out of the water now! then you keep going up and you need to have surf and you will see an opening like a metal door poping out then if you didnt complete the quest where the boss is ( in mt.pyre) 2 aqua grunts will tell you that he is in mt.pyre then they move when you complete that quest

∙ 14y agoFly to slateport and enter the ferry building. Team aqua will steal the submarine! Go surf towards sootopolis city. On the way, there will be a strip of dark water which you can dive into. Find a cave entrance. Enter and you will see the stolen submarine! Surface there!
