Pop the hood and check on the firewall, just between the wipers.
You will see a group of relays. The far right one is the Fuel Pump Fuse, then some relays are next to it.
If the fuel pump isn't turning on, use a small flat head screw driver or your finger nail to pop the clamp on the far right (driver side) connection, the wire "should" be orange.
Then just pull down, you'll see a 20A fuse there.
Hope that helps.
inside the fuel tank
The fuel pump relay is under the hood on the passenger side wheel well.
Usually there is a relay that is the same next to it, just swap them and try it.
I believe on that model there is only a relay; no reset like some older Fords have. Mark
Under the hood, on the firewall, drivers side.
It has one fuel filter.
bad fuel pump
Behind the fuel tank.
it is located on the fire wall under the hood on passangers side. under a plastic cover that says fuel pump relay.
It is behind a cover on the driver side strut tower.
Black,green,purple and white
The fuel pump relay for that vehicle should be found under the hood, mounted on the drivers side fender. If there is two relays mounted there, the fuel pump relay would be the one closer to the firewall.
