the sensor is located on the air cleaner housing, right under the air filter.
On a D16Z6 Honda Civic, the air intake temperature sensor is located on the intake manifold, typically near the throttle body. It is often positioned on the side of the manifold, near the intake air duct or air filter housing. If you're having trouble locating it, refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific diagrams and details.
Only the 1996 and newer Honda's have a i.a.t sensor. It is located in the air intake tube that runs to the throttle body/intake manifold.
