It doesn't have a relay but a flasher under the dash.

It is in the tube going into the evaporator. You must disconnect the tube from the accumulator.
The relay is located in the pass. rear side of the car under the back window, next to the computer. It is a double relay.
It does not have a starter relay. It has a starter solenoid mouted on the starter which serves a similar purpose.
