brake lights won't go off 1995 acura intergra
The brake light fuse on a 1995 Acura Integra is located inside the cabin of the vehicle. It is on the same circuit as the dash and hazard lights.
The 1991 Acura Integra brake lamp number is 2057. See sources and related links below for a picture and more information.
The brake lights are located in the trunk of a 1997 Acura Integra. To replace them open the trunk and find the plastic housing. Remove and replace the bulbs.
cut the wire
On a 1989 Acura Integra hatch back the brake lights are reached through the hatch itself. The brake lights housing are on the rear of the vehicle. Unplug the bulbs and replace them.
There is a sensor in the top of the brake cylinder where you put in the fluid. Replace it and the light will go away.
When there is erosion in the break light assembly it will do this. The wiring to the break lights may also be grounded out.
The Integra uses a dual-filament bulb in the tail light, which has one contact for the running light (the lights you turn on at night) and another brighter one for the brake light (only goes on when you press the brake pedal). You have replaced the bulb with the wrong type. You will need a 2057 bulb for the Integra.
my 95 integra has a problem with the brake light located on the hatchback. I haven'y figured out what is causing it , but I have located it and it appears that something is loose inside that brake. Should figure it out here soon.
i am pretty sure there are no daytime running lamps on a 90' integra...
you may have air in the brake line. bleed all the brakes. if the light still comes on intermittently go next to bleeding the line at the master cylinder.
