If it came with the car im not sure, you can put one on your car. Where it is put really all depends on the person. You could put it behind the front bumper, under the side step bar, under the ARB bumper. I prefer under the front bumper.
FIRST----which temperature sensor are we looking for? in car? outside temp?
The temperature inside the car is higher than outside
It would vary depending, mainly, on ambient temperature
If your car has an oxygen censor it means you have too much money. Try giving some to charity.
The air temperature sensor works regardless of your location. It does take a fraction of a minute to calibrate, however.
You need to buy a new outside temp sensor ($15) It's located between the Radiator and the Bumper of the car (Looking from underneath the car)
The temperature sensor is usually located on the front windshield of the car, in front of the rearview mirror
According to my thermometer, as i have measured it, on July 18,2009 - 6:20am --- the temperature outside of my house was 22'C+, then when i travel, i put the thermometer outside of the car, then the temperature was.. 19'C - 20.5'C..... :)
The outside air temperature sensor is on the front of the car, near the nearside foglight on the plastic grill. It looks like the end of a Hilti nail.
The presence of high humidity, and a difference in temperature between the inside and outside.
Hi, they are usually located just behind the front grill.
You bet. On a sunny day the temperature inside the car can be as much as 30 degrees hotter than outside when the windows are up.
