If you're referring to the PCM (or the electronic control module) it is located under the overflow radiator fluid tank to the driver side of the engine compartment. remove the overflow tank and the cruise control module, then that long brace. under the brace is a 'black cover' and towards the back of the vehicle is a big clip. unsnap the clip and lift the cover off - the ecm is right there! disconnect the battery before doing anything with the ecm though or damage could result to your vehicle, the ecm, or both!!!
