How motivated are you? First you have to drain and remove the fuel tank. You can't siphon the gas from the fill hole, there's an antitheft ball in the line. You have to get down there and take the hose off at the tank. You can siphon with a garden hose if you think gas is yummy, or they make pumps you can use, check with the parts house. The float you want is integrated with the fuel pump and return motor and fuel filter and sending unit, all in a coffee-can sized unit that unscrews and disconnects easily from the top of the fuel tank (once you have the tank all tore out, that is.) That's the good news. The bad news is the fuel unit costs around $300 by itself.
