its built into the fuel pump

yes it is attached to the fuel pump but can be changed independantly

The fuel pressure regulator is a little metal can with a rubber diaphragm and coil spring in it clipped onto the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank. To replace, the fuel tank should be less than 50% full, but it is not necessary to remove the tank from the car.
