If you need to jump start the vehicle it has a positive terminal on the right side of the engine in a plastic box that opens and then you would use a ground from the engine .

yes 210 degree is normal . The gauge actaully reads 10 degrees higher (+) than the occupant can see visually on the gauge. Team Viper did this as a means to keep Viper owners from burning up the engines and keep the warranty work down.
