on the front of the engine runs the full length it has the injectors clipped on under it.just below the top pan.
Remove the fuel rail.It is on the end of the fuel rail with a vacuum line attached.
on the drivers side of the fuel rail part of the intake manifold, it has a vacuum line connected to the top of it.
Under car on frame rail near driver seat area.
I can't see why it wouldn't... the main thing would be the electrical connector plug, make sure it plugs into the new part before removing the fuel rail and such... also replace the rubber O-ring before installing a used part

Its on the right hand side of the motor on the injection rail
9 to 13 LBS if it has a carburetor. For fuel injected vehicles the required pressure is a minimum of 50 psi and a max of 60 psi on the rail.
Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on the fuel rail.

Under the vehicle, driver side, below seating area, mounted on frame rail, in fuel line.
The 2000 S10 with a 4.3L engine doesn't have a fuel rail.
In 2004 Chevy moved the fuel filter from the frame rail and installed it INSIDE of the fuel tank.
