The relay is located under your hood against the firewall, there is 2 relays there, one is the heater blower and the other is your fuel pump relay. The one closest to the drivers side fender is the fuel pump relay. Both relays are the same, so, you might try swapping them and see if your pump kicks on. T. Mergenthaler
