The 1998 F150 owners manual shows it as being in the right front passengers footwell , behind the kick panel
there is not a reset that's ford only

There isn't a fuel pump reset switch,if the pump doesn't run then it is either a bad fuel pump or relay

Press the reset button located in the trunk. If I remember right it is a red button.
Dodge vehicles do not use inertia/reset switches.
There is none, GM vehicles are not equipped with an inertia switch.
Most have a reset or just bypass it with jumper wires.
A Dodge Intrepid does not have a reset switch. The fuel system is computer controlled.
