There are two fuse box locations. There is one under the hood and there is also one under the back seat next to the battery on the driver side. To get at the one under the back seat, grab under the front of the seat bottom and give a tug upward. Be careful though, the plug for the rear seat heat is attached to the seat bottom on the passenger side and the wires aren't very long.
