RHD models it is on the bottom right hand side at the drivers footwell. There is a fusebox just under the plastic covering, you have to lie down in the footwell and look underneath it to locate, ( helps if your supple )

its located above the passenger fuse box next to the clutch the top relay above the 3 other relays.
I am assuming you mean where is the fuse box which contains the radio fuse located? It's behind the driver's side kick panel. The radio fuse is a blue, 15 amp fuse. On JDM MR2's, it is the last fuse on the bottom left row.
Beside the drivers foot rest area, there is another fuse box located.
when sitting in drivers seat, it is in the kick panel near your left foot behind where the front hood latch is and up slightly higher. its a small fuse box, one of 3 on the mr2 mk2
Look to your right next to your accelerator pedal. When you find the fuse box, if you look at it front on, it will be on the far left bottom corner.
No it doesn't, not until the 1991 US 1990 European,Japan years did the MR2 have an air bag. There wasn't a 1990 MR2 US Model.
The O2 sensor is located on the downpipe of the MR2, although you were not specific to which MR2 generation/model you are referring to. Most are located there. The downpipe will be bolted to the exhaust manifold, which is bolted to the side of the motor closest to the firewall.
The only information i can find say's not to tow anything heavier than your mr2 wich weighs1,220 kg's

The Toyota MR2 was on top right above the Lamborguini Diablo, then the RX-7 from Mazda then the 300zx but the MR2 is the best car
