The Bose system uses small individual amplifiers located next to the speakers. These are all on the same fuse. (#1 on the fuse block) If that fuse is blown, all the speakers will stop. There are a number of possible causes for the two left ones going out: 1. Radio broken. 2. Signal wiring between radio and amplifiers broken. 3. Power wiring to the amplifiers broken. 4. Amplifiers broken. (Most likely these, my guess. Reputation for poor reliability.)
5. Speakers broken. Parts and repairs for any of this can be very expensive. All the components of the Bose system are designed to work together and only together.
With reliable and reasonably priced installation services from national chain stores, you may find that replacing the whole system is a better idea.
