One is under the dash on the drivers side. The other, (if there is another), will be in the engine bay on one of the strut towers. If you follow the battery positive wires its the one that goes to a box with writing on it and a whole bunch of wires coming out of it.
The washer pump on a 1988 Monte is located in front (attached) of the wiper motor. Three Torx screws removes it. Tony E.
