It's not a relay, it's a module, located between the fuse/relay box and the inner wing. Remove the ECU, 2 x 10mm nuts, and all the wiring and fuse/relay panel from the fusebox. Remove the fusebox, and the module is clipped to it.
timing chain
can you change the injector tubes and seals without removing the cylinder head on a 1.7 cdti Vauxhall combi and is it much of a job
it turns clockwise (opposite to normal bolts) don't try turning it the same way you would as a normal bolt otherwise it will snap then you will have to drill it out.
code 82
It has a chain
From a Vauxhall dealer? Perhaps??
chain
CDTI is an initialization of Common rail Diesel Turbo Injection. It is Vauxhall's trade name for the Fiat-designed 1.9 litre straight-4 JTD diesel engine.
No Mine didnt, Just finished doing one. I think that's why they break to protect the valves. also to help the valves are at 90 degrees to the piston
under the front ashtray
its in the fuse box mate
the corsa 1.3 cdti is chain driven hence no timing belt but they are prone to braking if they do a lot of short trips and you do need special tools to change it,they didn't make a 1.4dti on a 55 plate
