its in the engine bay at the bulk head ,two heater pipes come off engine to it easy enuf to change really common fault

Fiesta's have a common fault with the heater control valve failing closed. You can get a new one from Eaby for £15
The coolant valve to the heater sits above the heater matrix on the inlet pipes. It can be accessed from under the bonnet near the bulkhead below the windscreen.
