The 2007 Toyota Camry heater fan fuse can be found in the fuse box. The heater fan fuse will be at the bottom of the first column.
If the fan is not blowing, a fuse may be the cause. If there is just not warm air being blown by the fan, check your coolant level in your radiator. Low level of water and coolant will cause the heater to blow cooler air.

Check to see if you are getting power to fan motor turn on A/C or defroster If you are getting power to fan - then fan is defective If not check fuse Could be temperature sending unit in radiator
In the fuse box next to the battery. There are two 30a fuses on both sides of the fan relays.
