Turn signal bar?
Usually it will be either the dimmer switch or a connecter if the low beam works and highs don't.
u have to take the hole thing apart to get to a small screw to take the switch out
More than likely it'll be a bottom on the floor board that you push with your foot. 3rd-party edit: the high beam switch is on the wiper arm. Pull it towards the driver to activate/de-activate.l
The high beam switch is on the blinker. You either flick it back towards you or push it away from you.
apparently the dimmer switch is bad in the steering column.
The high beam switch is on the reverse of the turn signal switch arm
If the dimmer control is built into the turn signal lever rather than on the floor, then the switch will be inside the left side of the steering colume.
On the 1992 camaro the highbeam switch is located on the steering column on the left hand side... you will see a metal rod running from the turn signal switch to the highbeam switch.. it should be white.. you will have to take off the access panel underneath the steering column to get a good look at it.
It is probably a problem with switch ( the lever ) Or in the wiring (broken wire somewhere)
what about the low beam?
The headlights are a separate circuit from the others. Check the bulbs, headlight switch, Hi/Low beam switch and depending what year you have check the fuses.
Alpha Beam with Ernie happened in 1983.
