Man, lots of J-body car horn problems lately. Mine is broken too. It might be the relay, it might be the resonator/blower itself. The horn itself tends to rust due to location (passenger side next to rad, between rad and fender) Just took mine off and it was "rattling with rust flakes"

Have your Chevy dealers parts department print out a picture of the parts location for you. They will do this if you ask.
well in my cavalier it's in from of the car on the passanger side...you will see it and a green and black wire running to it....
