If you are wanting to fold up the seat for more cargo space the handle on my 96 Geo Tracker is on the rear center floor latch. You get to it from the rear door.
on my 1996 tracker, the fuel filter is located back at the fuel tank, in the fuel line going from the tank to engine, very close to the tank.
The IAT ( Intake Air Temperature ) sensor is located on the back of the air cleaner housing.
Everything is back together and ready to run I assume. Just fill the transmission and fluid will be pumped into the torque converter as it runs.
No. The Prism motor is a Toyota motor and side mounted. The Tracker motor(suzuki) is mounted with the engine from front to back, so it will not work without a lot(I mean a lot) of work to do it.
Answer for car seat latches (hopefully)Hi, I'm not too sure about the 2002 tracker having car seat latches, but my 2000 tracker doesn't. Near the bottom of the back door however there are plastic caps on the molding. Pop these out and they reveal bolt holes. Your car seat should come with a bolt that matches these holes, and this is where you install the metal loop (that should have also come with your car seat) for the hook that is on the seat itself. If the 2002 does have a latch system, it may be under the carpet in the rear section. The carpet should pull out from under the molding to lift it up and then can be re-attached by using a butterknife to push the carpet back under the molding. Good luck!
How to finish the back of a latch hook rug. I have a rectangular rug and a round one.
Usually if you loosen the screws on the latch receiver mounted on the cab edge, the latch can be shifted up/down or front/back.
The back hatch will often not open if the internal mechanism or release has become damaged. Replacing the latch is the most effective and reliable fix.
Well, what kind of gun do you have?
The roof on the Geo Tracker is not designed to lower, it folds back similar to a sun roof. Release the levers behind the sun visors and fold the top back.
Try lubricating the latch with WD-40, and then working the mechanisim back and forth for a bit. Make sure that the latch is moving all the way to the 'open' position, as failure to open properly can cause the latch not to engage.
it depends on what kind of a deal it is
