after removing the two nuts from the rear light how do tou get it out of the rear panel
Replace the HT leads to the spark plugs.
If there is a red blinking light on top of the dashboard(blinks every second or so), then, yes, it is!
If you google Daewoo Owners club website and go to the Lanos forum. There is a down loadable PDF for a Lanos in the permanent post at the top of the page. The manual covers the 1.3 & 1.5 SOHC and 1.6L DOHC. It has all necessary info. The info you are looking for is on page 1645, Park netural safety switch, located on the top rear of the transmission (auto) where the shift cable connects.
you need a scantool that has a daewoo compatible cartridge, so you can access the srs computer, a regular scantool like the ones at advance wont do it. you need a scantool that has a daewoo compatible cartridge, so you can access the srs computer, a regular scantool like the ones at advance wont do it.
Do you have a check engine light. I have had problems with my 01 Lanos and the check engine light came on and it was the oxygen sensor so that may be your problem
I had this problem on my R reg Lanos. It was the Idle Air Control valve letting too much air into the engine. My mechanic simply cleaned it and it has been fine ever since. If it needs replacing they are about £100.
