Inside the car it's under the dash behind the glove compartment. Remove black plastic cover above foot well area as-well-as kick panel on the passengers side. Two bolts hold it in place. Keep in mind though, for removal you also need to remove the 3 harness connectors on the front of the PCM which is accessed in the engine compartment/ cowl area. To get to this area you need to remove the cabin air filter assy. (not just the filter). Have fun!
