It is real easy....it is right next to the air filter box on the tube. It is held in place by 2 Phillips screws and one clip for the wire harness. Good luck finding one that fits though. Pepboys, Autozon and AdvanceAuto all have one, but the holes for the screws do not match up (been looking for one). The dealers have to special order them and they are $180.
