But anyway, It's easy, just collect all of the emeralds an finish the game. After that, watch the boring credits and after that the game will restart and then, you can access to the mother nega wisp level wich is in the top of the map

(30 rings will give you the option to use the mii characters on the wii) once you get all 21 levels and clear them, you can play as Super Sonic in the normal levels, but not on bosses. =3
