there is no seperate multiplication key present in the laptop keyboard. we can use multiplication key by pressing= SHIFT+8

If you have a number pad on your laptop keyboard, it is the asterisk on the number pad. It looks like this: * The one that is made by holding Shift and pressing 8 does not perform the same function. If you keyboard does not have a number pad you may not have a button to perform multiplication on the calculator.
