Guessing you're asking about the V-6 engine the filter is tucked under the exhaust manifold at the 'front' (as you look at it standing in front of the car) of the engine. When changing oil it's helpful if the engine is cold (that exhaust manifold can cause serious burns). The filter is just about in the center. Some oil will be lost down the side of the engine and will puddle in the splash shield. You'll want to have a spray can of degreaser on hand to use as part of each oil change just to clean things up.
