The oil filter is accessed freom the top of the engine. Remove the oil cap then pull up on the big black plastic cover that's over the engine. remove the cover. On your right side down about 4 in from the top of the engine there is a black plastic cap The oil filter is in this cap so you need a 1-1/4 inch socket or wrench to remove the cap and replace the oil filter
