The 2005 Chevy Trailblazer has Coil-On-Plug ignition coils so there are 6 "coil packs". Each one is mounted on top of the spark plug.
In a 2002 trailblazer it is located on the bottom of the radiator one the passenger side. Every other model year to my knowlege does not have drain plug.
Should be on the rear or side of the oil pan
The 2006 Chevy Trailblazer passenger side rear freeze plug is located near the back of the engine block. The freeze plug will be near the bottom of the engine block.

If the car will not start...the spark-plug is bad.

Turn it to the left.
Look under the driver side dash, near the front. You will see the plug there.
On the 4.2 inline 6, the 4th cylinder from the front of the engine is number 4. The engine is a coil on plug, the spark plug is located under the coil in the center of the valve cover.
Usually the block heater is in place of the passenger's side rear freeze plug
That's the forward-most spark plug on the passenger side.
The transmission fluid on a Chevy Trailblazer is changed by placing a drain pan under the vehicle, removing the drain plug, and allowing it to empty. The drain plug is then re-installed and fluid added through the filler tube until full.
If you cannot find the drain plug located on the oil pan, in plain view, you are not qualified to change your own oil. Pay someone to do for you.

The oil plug is located on the bottom of the Oil pan. The best way to learn is to ask your mechanic to show you the location of the different parts of the vehicle the next time you go in for service. They usually don't mind giving you a tour of the underside of you vehicle.
