If you are talking about the accelerator travel sensor it is part of the gas pedal. It has two bolts that mounted to the floor you replace the panel and all it is one unit
The throttle position sensor is mounted on the throttle body. the throttle position sensor on a 2006 chevy impala is an electronic plug mounted to the gas pedal. I just worked on one. If u need a new one u have to buy the whole assembly. gas pedal and all.
it is located on the pedal, look on the pedal you will see a black sensor with connector plug. this is it
behind the brake pedal.
The accelerator pedal has the sensor incorperated. It is replaced as a unit. Part # 30683516

Trouble code P2122 means: Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "D" circuit low input
The brakelight sensor is located on the brake switch, which is on top of the brake pedal and held on with a 14mm jam nut.

ATTATCHED TO THE PEDAL ITSELF, BOLTED TO THE FIREWALL. THERE IS NO CABLE GOING TO THE ENGINE FROM THE PEDAL. INSTEAD, THE SENSOR TRANSMITS DATA OF ITS POSITION DIRECTLY TO THE ENGINE COMPUTER. TWO BOLTS ON THE SENSOR, ONE BOLT HOLDING THE PEDAL ON TO THE SENSOR BODY AND A WIRE HARNESS CLIP. TAKE PANEL UNDER STEERING WHEEL OFF.
You might need to replace the back-up light sensor, located under the dash, by the brake pedal. The correct term is "brake light switch" instead of "back up light sensor." And yes, it is located above the brake pedal.
It is on the throttle body, opposite of the cables.
