It's directly behind and below the alternator. There is a black cap with white lettering and a white picture of a steering wheel. If you need to fill it, I would suggest a long funnel or funnel/hose. Good luck :P
You can use generic power steering fluid or GM 89021184 fluid. If you're really stuck somewhere you can use trany fluid but power steering fluid is the best.

Open the hood and look for something that has a steering wheel on the cap.There are 2 reservoirs that look similar, one is for the power steering the other is for the hydraulic cooling fan. And no I'm not lying about the hydraulic cooling fan.

The reason you cannot find it is because it isn't there to be found. newer chevys don't use liquid power steering boxes its electronic. and when it starts to feel limp you MUST replace the ENTIRE units costing about $800 bucks.
