Its @ the bottom of radiator kinda n da middle of it.
the drain will be at the bottom of the radiator,either on the left or right side.
It is on the lower right of the radiator and sometimes it is easier to take the lower radiator hose off.

I found it! It's a little, white, screw on plug which is only visible if you look under the radiator from the passenger side of the car.
Look at the rear or side of the oil pan
The oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine on the oil pan. Remove with 17mm wrench and tighten to 10 Lb/Ft torque and no more. The radiator drain plug is located on the bottom of the radiator. If you can't find it simply remove the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator.
On a 1998 Honda Civic there is a transmission drain bolt located on the bottom of the housing. Loosen the bolt and drain all of the old fluid. Using Honda ATF fluid top off the transmission.
