there may not be one if there is is it on the bottom side and if it is not you candrain it by removing the bottom rad hose The 1999 Pontiac Grand Am does not have a radiator drain valve. To drain the radiator, remove the lower radiator hose. The engine should be cold and the water fill cap removed for venting. On the bottom right of the radiator there should be a small square piece that is the plug. You twist it out and the coolant will come out.

If the part number is the same and the configuration is the same then sure.
Open drain plug at lower end of radiator Run engine to Normal operating temperature with heater on -no higher When draining stops -- close drain plug Refill radiator slowly to prevent system from becoming "airbound" Start vehicle - bring up to normal operating temperature with heater and re-check coolant level
You'll have to pull the transmission pan, and drain the fluid. This is a messy job. I recommend having it done at the shop if you can.
How is the ignition key switch replaced on the 2000 Pontiac Sunfire? And after replacing the switch would I have to have it Towed to the Pontiac Dealer in order to have the car key programed to the Computer?
