Being that there is a proverbial ton of relays in vehicles, you will have to be alot more specific as to which relay you are looking for. If it is the starter relay you are looking for try the driver side fender.
Swap the relay with another like relay.

I found it! It is behind the right frount head light in a small box with the washer relay. One prong on the relay was rusty, switch it with another relay and it works.
Actually , it doesn't have a distributor , it is EDIS ( Electronic Distributorless Ignition System )
