in the fuse box in engine bay beside battery on the under side of fuses,its soldered in to the printed board
depending on what year model etc the relays are situated behind the front bumper(remove grill) or the relay is situated under the bonnet inside the fuse box lift it up and it will reveal the green relay and also reveal big fuses check the yellow 20a fuse (number 1) if ur car has the relay mounted at the front you will have 2 relays high and low speed (only if vehicle fitted with air con!

Changing the fusebox on a 2002 Peugeot 206 will not affect the cooling fan if the unit is replace with a working box. The fuse box's main function is to prevent a power surges from ruining mechanical parts, so if the fuses are fine than the cooling fan will be as well.

The thermostat on a Peuget 206 is located on top of the engine, under the upper radiator hose. It controls the flow of coolant out of the engine.
I was looking at the 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Owner Guide and it shows : In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment ( relay # 206 shows fuel ) * it is one of the smaller relays , the diagram is on page 191
