The riding trainer is in a building that is outside of Silvermoon a little north west of the gate.
EDIT: If you are looking at the Map (hit "M"), the stables are SE from the gate, make a straight line down from the "V" in "Silvermoon" on the map and it points right to it.
In Darnassus, the riding trainer can be found in the Cenarion Enclave at the North-east part of the city, where the Druid, Rogue and Hunter trainers are. When facing the bank, turn right and ride across the bridge. You will see a few saber cats standing around with some Night Elves; one of them is the trainer, the other sells the mounts.
The riding trainer is not in Ironforge per se, but in Dun Morogh. If you go out of the gates at Ironforge and follow the road East, about halfway to the edge of the map at the northern mountain range is Amberstill Ranch. This place sells the rams and has the riding trainers.
When you enter the city, there will be two guards. Talk to them and they will tell you exactly where any of the trainers are and mark them on your map.
The Hunter trainer in Stormwind can be found in the Dwarven District, in the house next to the entrance to the Deeprun Tram.
The warlock trainer in Ironforge is in the Forlorn Cavern. To get to the Forlorn Cavern, you can head east from the Mystic Ward or west from the Hall of Explorers.
Ironforge Tinkertown
Ironforge is located in Dun Modr
See below in the related links for a map to the Goblin riding trainer, Revi Ramrod.
Ironforge is the home city of the Gnomes and Dwarves
You do not actually go to Ironforge for a Ram mount - instead, go outside the gate into Dun Morogh, and follow the road East. At a certain point, you will see a small road heading North into the mountains, to the Amberstill Ranch. This is where you can get Ram mounts and riding training.
work with it for about a month ,lounging it ,riding it. or send it to a trainer

You can not get blade training in ironforge, but you can get it in stormwind. take the tram if you don't have the FP. I am pretty sure you can get it at any level.
Old Ironforge was really big and a bit of a maze, so easy to get lost in. All shops and trainers were at that point at ground level, so old Ironforge was closed off to prevent people wandering through empty streets.
To get the training you need to ride a basic mount in World of Warcraft, simply go to any riding trainer and they will teach it to you. To use a races mounts however, you need to be exalted with that race, except if you are that race. Some classes automatically get their first level of riding when they purchase their mount spell from their class trainer. Warlocks and paladins get their training from their trainer at level 20, and Death Knights are always made with level 40 riding already learned.
