Sky pillar is located on route 131 in between pacifidolog town and route 130. to get across the floor you ll need a mach bike. and at the very top is every emerald players worst nightmare...RAYQUAZA. Before you go in the pillar, make sure you have: at least 45 ultra balls, and 20 timer balls. make sure you have strong Pokemon because he is lvl 70 and he is the hardest Pokemon to catch on ruby/emerald/sapphire. make sure you also have Pokemon that can parlyze and put him to sleep. use the ultra balls(all of them!) before you start using the timer balls.
