It is on the front of the motor to the right of the exhaust manifold
I will assume it's in the same place as my 94 Vision. It's kind of behind the motor mount on the left (driver's) side, pretty well hidden. Look about 6-8" directly in front of the left CV joint. I had to locate it from under the car, I couldn't see it from the top.

should be under the stereo bolted to the hump. you will have to remove the cover , it is the relay on the left.
The crank positioning sensor is located on the opposite side of the block as the timing belt.
