it is located behind the engine above the rack and pinion steering.its not the easiest to get to but not all that bad either. hope this helps

If you mean the starter motor/solenoid unit it's located near the bottom of the engine block between the block & the firewall. You access it from beneath the vehicle after removing all of the plastic mud guards.
look for it around the transmission bell housing, the bendix gear in the starter motor has to mesh with the flywheel inside the transmission bell housing in order to turn over the engine.
