Underneath the engine though on those trucks you can probably pop the hood and see it. I can't remember if it's on the left or right though. Follow the positive cable coming off the battery. should lead you right to it.
NEW ANSWER: slide in behind the passenger side front wheel and look up at the rear side of the engine and you will see the starter.
