I've got a 93 300zx NA and the starter relay for mine is located behind the driver's side front tire. It's actually pretty easy to get at.
Some people remove the wheel, but I didn't need to do that. I just put the car up on jack stands and removed the flap on the inside of the tire well closest to the driver.
You only need to remove 3 screws. And then then the starter relay was a blue box with wires coming in and out.

Purchase a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo by looking through local classified ads. The local paper, Craigslist and Auto Trader are good places to find a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. Also, visit your local car dealerships.
