Well, first you have to of completed the wind temple and talked to the minish in lake hylia after you fly there with the wind ocarina. So, fly there, talk to the minish, go to the library, and then go up the stairs to the guy who is crazy. Then go outside and shrink. Then come back in and talk to the minish near the guy. Then start helping the library until you have to get the second book. Now make sure you have some water in a bottle and pour it over the fire. Then change into a minish and go in the fireplace and go to the house. (Not the mushroom type house) Then, go out the other side and go to the cats and pass them and then go through the hole in the water place. It's in there if you go right and then go forewards until you come to the monsters in a room with all doors closed. Kill them and open the chest. YOU HAVE FOUND THE POWER BRACELETS!

you shrink in the bar go across the bridge by the swordsman guy talk to the dog he moves get big go to the left house were the dog was and put out the fire w/ bottle of water shrink again then go back into the house and go into the strangers house go through the minish door on the right go across the bridge weave around the cats then go down to the fountain an crawl up in the hole. i suggest you have a bottle of Lon Lon milk cause you have 2 battle bugs that sling their pincher's out at u .
