sync is short for synchronize. this function allows you to put media files onto a portable device, such as an iPod,mp3 or a phone.
I just figured it out. Go to Windows Media Player. Add a new playlist. Go to the MP3 Rocket FOLDER that has all the music. Drag the songs you want in it. Click 'Save Playlist'. Plug into your computer the MP3 player or whatever you want the music on. For this one, its an MP3 Player. Go to the 'Sync' tab, and click and drag the playlist with the songs you want onto the sync tab. Sync! That should work. Hope I helped! :)
Use Windows Media Player. Click the sync tab then drag your songs or the folder to the sidebar and press start sync.
In the Window Media Player there will be a tab saying Sync. It's beside a tab called Burn. Then this Sync bar will open p and you add songs to it. Then connect your ipod to the computer and as soon as you have created your list, it will sync automatically.

To do this, start by opening Windows Media Player and adding the songs you want to download to your MP3 player into WMP’s library. Following this, move the songs into the sync list. To do this, select the Sync tab and click and drag the selected songs. Once you have done this, sync your MP3
First you have to rip the music from the CD in Windows Media Player. Click the rip tab and it should start ripping. Then when it is done, connect your device. You can't because it is not an iPod. If it was an iPod, it'll be automatically Synchronized. You need to use these steps- 1.)Go to Windows Media Player 2.)Click "Sync" tab 3.)Click on "Sync List" 4.)Choose you music/s 5.)Click "STart Sync" (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR MP3 PLAYER HOOKED INTO THE COMPUTER!!!) Note:If you have iTunes and you don't have an iPod... Delete iTunes because iTunes make sure all the "Media Devices" are ONLY attached to iTunes.
This is the asker. I plugged in my sansa to the USB and nothing happened...it's just charging...so what do I do after that? It is easiest to download songs by Windows Media Player. All you have to do is insert your disc into the drive hit the "Rip" tab and then hit the "Rip" button on the bottom of the page. Once 'ripped' the songs will be added to the "Library". Open the library. Hit "Sync"(should be on the left side of the page) and drag the music you want into the 'Sync' box on the right. Make sure your Fuze is plugged in though! For everything else there is Sansa Media Converter! GOOD LUCK!
