The "radiator" cap is located on the coolant reservoir.
open the drain at the bottom of the radiator and remove cap
You put it in the coolant reservoir, a plastic container with a radiator cap on it
I have a 2004 and there isn't a fuel filler cap release.
firing order on cap on dodge stratus 2.5
The radiator cap controls cooling system pressure. The radiator cap controls cooling system pressure.
You most likely have a blown head gasket.
On a 2004 Ford Explorer : The thread on cap on the engine coolant reservoir is the pressure cap / radiator cap
You need a new radiator cap, you know that silver cap where you put the water into. The spring on the one you have is no good and is letting pressure from the water lines in the motor escape into the water reservoir hence the bubbling noise. Had the same problem and thought my car was heating up, but it turned out to be just that little cap problem.
Follow the top radator hose to where it connects to the motor. On my 97 stratus you follow the top hose which leads to piece where the radiator cap turns on, take out the 2 bolts and underneath is your thermostat
only if it has the 2.5L v6.

It will "work" but is never a good idea. Stop leak not only stops external leaks, but also plugs small internal passages in engines and radiators, which can lead to overheating.
