If yours is a 2L, 4 cylinger engine, it is locate on the drivers ise of the engine or your RH side looking into the engine compartment.. I is underneath the air intake hosing - so they will need to be move out of the way. Follow the upper radiator hose to a hosing on the right side of the engine- the thermostat is in ther. Note this hosing is not metal so be certain not to overtighten or cross thread the mounint hardware.

To replace, disconnect the radiator hose from the housing. Be prepared for a 1/2 gallon or so of anit-freeze to spill. Remove the front plate from the housing by unscrewing the 3 screws using a hex head type screwdriver. Thermostat and gasket should slip right out.
