The transmission pan is directly under the transmission of the car. Follow the transmission dipstick tube down to find the transmission.
If The Probe Is an automatic then your car has CD4E Tranny in it. The pan for these trannys are on the front side of the transmission. They are not underneath it. Hope this helps.

all you have to do is take the pan cover off. which is located just behind the raditor on the driver side. you do not have to take out the transmission to do so.
