Generally the turn signal flasher is located on or near the steering column. I hope this helps you. Mark

AnswerThe turn signal switch is locate on the steering column on the Left side as a lever that your move up and down. The same lever has a tab switch pending make for cruise control and a turn dial for windshield wipers. The Right lever is the gear shift.

If the hazard light it's a black nub button on right of the steering column - near the gearshift that requires a push internal a twist & pull up on the outer ring to cut on to cut on is more difficult then cut off only issue. It's is difficult to set and difficult to release - again it is as described figuring out if you push and pull the outer ring around the button at the same time with either a a twisting action clockwise or counter clockwise.

The referral toward the glove box is where when you open it there is a panel to the left for the relay switches and fuses if it's not working it's a matter of unplugging and replacing with a new one. Usually, if not a cycle of needing the light bulb replaced the glove box relays the location if you possible location to replace fuses or unplug fuse box if servicing the battery of the car....

"Note replacing the battery without unplugging the main fuse box may result in shortages of lesser fuses or other electrical wiring damage as most common is the power window switches if the fuse relay box is not disengaged before replacing or servicing batteries in this model".

I don't know about the 1993 model Cutlass Ciera, but the 1994 Cutlass S has a power window relay located up under the dash between the emergency brake device and the steering column. I have the technical manual with a location diagram. I need to replace it on my car and it appears very hard to access.

How do you replace the flasher on your 1999 Toyota Corolla?

the flasher fuse is in the fuse block look in your owners manual under fuses

What do you do next after you've replaced all the bulbs and the flasher and still no turn signals?

You probably replaced the emergency flasher, so remove it & try your flashers; if they don't work, reposition the flasher & try your flashers. If they work now, then try to locate the turn signal flasher (ref. repair manual). Or...heaven forbid, you have a short or ground in your turn signal wiring harness (somewhere), where only an ohm meter and knowing how to use it will locate it. Good Luck!

Where is the flasher unit on 1999 ford explorer?

The turn signal and hazard flasher relays are under the dash to the right of the steering wheel according to my Haynes repair manual On my 1999 Ford Explorer, the turn signal and emergency flasher relay is to the left of the steering column behind the electronic monitor adapter. Factory flasher is yellow and clipped to a metal flange. My after market flasher is black and has one less posts but works perfectly. It does not have the clip on it so either leave it hanging or zip tie it to the flange.
