The 1991 Pontiac turn signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay switch will be above the gas pedal.
To the left of the steering wheel!
The turn signal flasher is found when you remove the kick panel under the steering wheel and looking to the right (kind of on the side of where the radio is at) you will see the back side of the clip. Feel around and you should feel the flasher. I wish I could explain it better, but that's the area you should be looking in.
under and to the right of the steering wheel column, behind the panel that can be removed...closest to your right knee while driving.
Incorporated in the hazard warning module part of the hazard switch
Under the dash in front of the drivers' left knee.
